We can manufacture or repair any size, shape and brand of this type of brushes. They are manufactured with a system called spiral or worm type. This system has a metal channel and on its core is fixed the brush filament, enrolling along the metallic pipe, forming a brush mounted on the core of some sweepers.
These are manufactured on independent tuft system, inserted on several drills made on the base of the brush stapled to the core with an industrial staple. Density depends on distribution, amount of drills and number of filaments.

On the core, inside of each brush there is a metal strip, bolt or metallic clamp to secure the brush on a metal structure along the length of the core brush inserted each ring (brushes) one by one until we get the core brush.
